Gap has pledged to donate $25,000 to a leftist organization that encourages child sex change attempts, while also posting advertisements of the group in its stores.
Gap will provide financial support to the GenderCool Project, an organization that seeks to normalize child transgenderism by generating positive media coverage of children who identify as transgender. Children who identify as transgender and are affiliated with the organization have been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, ABC News, The Today Show, and Teen Vogue. One member of the organization even spoke at the White House.
“We are excited to partner with Gap Brand again this year to spread the Champions’ message,” an email from the GenderCool Project reads. “They’re proudly displaying signage in their stores throughout Pride Month featuring information about GenderCool, and renewing their donation of $25,000.”
“Gap highlighted GenderCool through a viral social media campaign focused on their year-round support of transgender and nonbinary youth,” the email also stated, linking to an Instagram reel posted to the corporation’s profile.
“We’re proud to donate $25,000 to GenderCool, a youth-led movement bringing positive change for transgender and non-binary youth,” the post’s caption reads.
In addition to normalizing child transgenderism in the media, the GenderCool Project has also produced pro-transgender books aimed at children. A book called “A Kid’s Book About Being Transgender” states that “Gender is uniquely beautiful, and each person’s experience is individual to them.” Another book, titled “A Kids Book About Being Nonbinary,” is listed for readers ages 5 and up.
Gap Inc. and its affiliated brands, including Banana Republic, Athleta, and Old Navy, collectively gave nearly $100,000 to the organization in 2022, The Daily Wire previously reported. Meanwhile, the GenderCool Project also previously listed AbbVie Pharmaceuticals, a producer of puberty blockers, as a sponsor.
Gap even held a “denim divas” drag show to fundraise for the GenderCool Project in 2022. An Instagram post from the event reveals that at least one child, pictured on the runway, was present at the drag show.
Gap’s decision to sponsor the organization comes as major corporations like Target and Bud Light have faced boycotts over their support of transgenderism. Meanwhile, leaked emails obtained by The Daily Wire revealed that Nike is also promoting transgenderism, with plans to host a panel discussion with a child sex change surgeon.
