There’s Now A Massive Public Database Of Illegal Immigrant Crimes: ‘Bidenvasion Crime Wave’

A database detailing thousands of crimes committed by illegal aliens launched Monday.

IllegalAlienCrimes.com shows viewers a map that lets them zoom in on their community to see crimes there, drawing from local news reports, Immigration and Customs Enforcement statements, and open records requests.

The federal government’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement reports that more than 70,000 illegal immigrants were taken into custody by its Enforcement and Removal Operations in Fiscal Year 2023 because they had criminal convictions or pending charges in the U.S.—in addition to 100,000 who it arrested for breaking immigration laws such as overstaying a visa, or being wanted criminals in other countries.

But the details are often concealed from the public. Even in high-profile crimes, news outlets often omit the offenders’ immigration status: Last week, the Associated Press wrote a story on the killing of a 12-year old girl in Texas, without ever noting that the suspects are two men from Venezuela who entered the country illegally, were apprehended by ICE, and were knowingly released into the interior of the country by the Biden administration.

The website is a project of the nonprofit Restoration of America and built by top conservative researchers including Hayden Ludwig. “Now the families suffering from this unprecedented Bidenvasion crime wave have access to the facts the left-wing media won’t report on so they can take action where the radical Left won’t,” Ludwig said in a statement.

The researchers have documented 2,000 cases so far. The roundup of cases from the month of May alone included:

  • In Alabama, a case of sodomy and a case of murder
  • In Arizona,  an illegal with a previous conviction for child sex abuse arrested, as was and a convicted sex offender who was previously removed as an illegal immigrant but came back
  • In California, a Columbian national with convictions for homicide and trafficking of firearms was discovered, as was an illegal’s “rape dungeon on wheels”
  • In Colorado, illegal were arrested for attempting to defraud the elderly
  • In Connecticut, ICE arrested an illegal who was previously convicted of manslaughter in the U.S. and sentenced to 17 years in prison followed  by deportation; state officials ignored the order and released him after 10 years
  • In Florida, illegals were arrested in separate cases for child porn, sexual battery of a minor, sexual assault of a child under 12, soliciitng murder, and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child
  • In Georgia, an illegal allegedly killed a woman by driving his 18-wheeler down the wrong side of a highway
  • In Hawaii, an illegal from Mexico was arrested for for being a felon in possession of a firearm and reentry of a removed alien
  • In Idaho, an illegal was arrested for murder
  • In Illinois, a Venezuelan living in a migrant shelter allegedly dragged a woman down an alley while covering his mouth
  • In Kentucky, an 18-year old who crossed the border as a minor was arrested for murder
  • In Massachusetts, a man was arrested for being a convicted murderer in Colombia. ICE had previously arrested him and released him even though it knew he was a convicted murderer, but he was re-arrested at the urging of a Columbian diplomat, the site said
  • In New Jersey, an illegal was arrested for allegedly touching a child sexually while she was sleeping
  • In Nevada, an illegal was arrested on charges of sexual abuse of a child
  • In New York, an illegal was convicted of raping a minor and another is wanted for allegedly shooting two people; he has been arrested at least six times this year but keeps being released
  • In North Carolina, a man was arrested for rape
  • In Rhode Island, an illegal from the Dominican Republic pleaded guilty of defrauding the government of $213,000 in welfare benefits
  • In South Carolina, an illegal was arrested for DUI following a crash that killed a baby
  • In Tennessee, a convicted felon and illegal immigrant was arrested after police found seven guns in his home
  • In Texas, numerous illegals were arrested for sexual abuse of children
  • In Virginia’s Campbell County, “Hiuder Pedro Javier Sacul Caal, an illegal alien who was previously deported, was arrested for the rape of a minor”
  • In Wisconsin, an “illegal alien from Nicaragua who crossed the border in 2021 was arrested for child sexual assault, false imprisonment, child human trafficking and more.”

Ludwig, one of the site’s researchers, said the aim is to “uncover the horrifying truth” of the immigration crisis.

“Our team is doing the gritty investigative journalism America’s press is supposed to do to – but won’t – to uncover the horrifying truth about these crimes in this first-of-its kind repository,” Ludwig said. “But it’s incredibly important that there’s a tool we can all use to see how close this ‘Bidenvasion’ policy failure has gotten to our very own backyards.”
