Walz Refuses To State Support For Israel Taking Military Action Against Iran

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) again refused to state whether he supported Israel taking military action against Iran after the Islamic regime fired nearly 200 ballistic missiles into the country last week.

Walz’s expressed his soft support for Israel during a “Fox News Sunday” interview with Shannon Bream when confronted about his refusal to answer a question during last week’s vice presidential debate on whether he supported Israel responding with military force.

“Do you now think that Israel has a right to either strike oil facilities nuclear facilities?” Bream asked. “What’s your position on that?”

Once again, Walz refused to answer the question and instead spoke about the need to return hostages and bring humanitarian aid to people inside Gaza, where Hamas built up its terrorist capabilities for years.

He at least acknowledged that Iran was the entity responsible for the majority of terrorism in the Middle East, but would only say that Israel had a “right to defend itself,” not a right to strike back.

“We need to bring this to a conclusion,” he said.

When asked again if he would support a strike against Iran’s nuclear or oil facilities, Walz again would not answer, only saying that “specific operations will be dealt with at the time.”
